Subsequent to that submittal, the NRC issued Requests for Additional Information and NMC responded with proposed revisions to the Security Plan on July 29, August 5, August 13, and August 25, 2004.
This letter incorporates those proposed revisions in addition to clarifications developed by the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI), as discussed with members of your staff. Please replace the previously submitted version with the enclosed updated version of the KNPP Security Plan.
Summary of Commitments This letter makes no new commitments or changes to any existing commitments.
