MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT - CATEGORY ONE MEETING J. M. FARLEY NUCLEAR PLANT 50-348, 50-364
Dear Mr. Stinson:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. Jan Fridrichsen of your staff and Mr. Caudle Julian of this office on August 23, 2004, concerning an inspection exit meeting (Category One public meeting) which has been scheduled for October 1, 2004, beginning at 9:00 a.m. (CDT). The purpose of the meeting is for the NRC to present the results of the NRCs second inspection of the Farley Plant license renewal program to be conducted September 13 - October 1, 2004 at the Farley site. The location of the meeting will be the Houston County Commission Chambers on the 3rd floor of the Houston County Administrative Building, 462 North Oates Street, Dothan, AL 36303. The meeting will be an open meeting in accordance with NRCs Policy Statement for Enhancing Public Participation in NRC meeting, May 28, 2002 (Federal Register Volume 67, Number 102, 36920-36924).
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's Agencywide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS).
