NUCLEAR POWER PLANT SIMULATORS FOR USE IN OPERATOR TRAINING AND EXAMINATION NOTIFICATION OF COMMITMENT CHANGE In letters dated September 13 and November 23, 1988, Virginia Electric and Power Company (Dominion) documented our compliance to ANSI / ANS 3.5-1985, Nuclear Power Plant Simulators for Use in Operator Training and Examination, for North Anna and Surry Power Stations, respectively. The purpose of this letter is to inform the NRC that Dominion has changed its commitment with respect to this standard to the 1998 version for both North Anna and Surry Power Stations.
