Yankee Atomic Electric Company - 10 CFR 71 Quality Assurance Program for Radioactive Material Packages On July 19, 2004(') Yankee Atomic Electric Company (YAEC) received notice that its Quality Assurance Program (QAP) approval for radioactive material packages will expire on September 30, 2004. Accordingly, YAEC is requesting renewal of the QAP for Radioactive Material Packages No. 0068.
YAEC will perform packaging and transportation of radioactive material in accordance with the latest revision of its NRC approved 10 CFR 50, Appendix B, Quality Assurance Program.
