ISSUANCE OF EDITORIAL CORRECTION - DRESDEN NUCLEAR POWER STATION, UNITS 2 AND 3, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS PAGE (TAC NOS.
Dear Mr. Crane:
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued the enclosed editorial correction to the Dresden Nuclear Power Station (DNPS), Units 2 and 3, Technical Specification (TS) page 3.8.4-3, in response to your letter dated August 10, 2004. The correction involves a minor typographical error where two words were transposed. This error was introduced in the TS with the issuance of the Amendment Nos. 207 and 199 to DNPS Units 2 and 3 operating licenses respectively, on June 8, 2004. The correction does not alter the meaning of the requirements in the subject technical specification, and does not invalidate the conclusions and approval of these amendments. The staffs proposed no significant hazards consideration determination as published in the Federal Register on October 14, 2003 (68 FR 59215), and June 22, 2004 (69 FR 34709) is not affected.
A copy of the corrected TS page is enclosed.
