No significant Fitness for Duty Program changes were incorporated during this reporting period.
Note: Two employees were denied access based on adulteration/substitution.
Reportable Fitness For Duty Events Under IOCFR26.73:
A contractor supervisor had a positive test result for a controlled substance in the follow-up category. Unescorted access was revoked and Event Notification#40597 was provided to the NRC on 03/18/2004.
