Dear Mr. Edington:
Thank you for your letter of July 26, 2004, in response to our June 25, 2004, letter and
Notice of Violation concerning the inadequate use of cycle written examinations to evaluate
comprehension of training subjects presented during licensed operator requalification training.
We have reviewed your reply and find it responsive to the concerns raised in our Notice of
Violation. We will review the implementation of your corrective actions during a future
inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained.
