The Plan has been revised since implementation of the DAEC Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation in 2003. Nuclear Management Company, LLC has reviewed the revisions and determined that they do not decrease the effectiveness of the approved Emergency Plan.
This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
