Fallout from change to Entergy UCAMS User ID All Although the generic change to make all user IDs the same as the Entergy UCAMS user ID went well, XP machines seem to have tolerated the change better than the older Windows 95, 98 and NT machines. IT will be located at the plant and corporate offices at 0600 on Monday morning to address any problems that users have with logging in using their new Entergy ID and old VY network password. Please pass this along to those around you that may be experiencing problems.
Please instruct folks to call the helpdesk (x4200) to report problems.
