Dear Mr. Stall:
This letter refers to a meeting conducted at your request at FPL Corporate Offices at 700 Universe Boulevard in Juno Beach, Florida, Room D4216 on June 15, 2004, at 9:00 a.m. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss current site performance and strategic issues. Enclosed are a list of attendees and the presentation handouts.
The discussions focused on the following topics: Principles & Expectations, Engineering and Operations Performance, Corrective Action, Equipment Reliability, Life Cycle Management, and Staffing. The meeting was informative and did not result in any specific action items or decisions.
