Dear Mr. Howe,

I am in receipt of your letter dated April 15th, regarding the possible renewal of the operating licenses of the Indian Point Nuclear Power Plant units 2 and 3 (IP2 and 3).

As you mention in paragraph three of your letter, please consider this an official request for a formal adjudicatory hearing on any proposed license renewal for IP2 and/or IP3, as I feel that the approval of such licenses would certainly have an adverse affect of the residents of Westchester County.

I look forward to your reply confirming my request at your earliest convenience.

Thank you.

Sincerely, Michael B.
