Our review of your submittal dated March 18, 2004, has determined that you have adequately provided financial assurance for the following Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) licenses: DPR-1, R-33, TR-1, DR-10, SNM-960 and SNM-2500. No further information is required and we consider this action closed.
