CORRECTION TO NRC RESPONSE TO NOTICE OF DEVIATION
(NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-128/2004-201)
Dear Dr. Hyland:
This letter is issued as a correction to the letter you received from the NRC dated July 13, 2004.
The subject of that letter was entitled: RESPONSE TO NOTICE OF DEVIATION (NRC
INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-128/2004-201). This was incorrect because no Notice of
Deviation was issued in that inspection report. Instead, NRC Inspection Report No.
50-128/2004-201, issued on May 6, 2004, contained a Notice of Violation, to which you
responded in a timely manner. The subject of the NRC letter dated July 13, 2004, should
have been entitled: RESPONSE TO NOTICE OF VIOLATION (NRC INSPECTION REPORT
NO. 50-128/2004-201). We hope that our mistake did not cause too much concern or
confusion.
A copy of this correction will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public
Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs
document system (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at (the Public
Electronic Reading Room) http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
