Re: Quad 2 Recic Flaws - Code Case Repair Please provide the following information related to the subject:
- 1. A drawing showing the flaws and the repairs;
- 2. Are flaws of consideration in Class 1 piping?
- 3. Does the repair consist of a full structural overlay or a patch repair.
- 4. Please confirm the Code Case that is used in entirety for the repair, N-504-1, or N-504-2.
- 5. Please indicate what Code was used for the flaw evaluation and what the post repair and successive inspection requirements are.
