Dear Mr. Hickman,

We are writing to you in the hope that you can clarify our confusion in regards to Yankee Atomic's License Termination Plan revisions. In NRC handouts distributed at Mohawk High School meeting on Yankee's LTP, it acknowledges that there have been a series of revisions to the original submission in November 2003. Are the revisions made by Yankee incorporated into each subsequent revision? Or is each revision a stand alone document, making an understanding of Yankee's LTP rather cumbersome and confusing?

We are also confounded by the fact that even though the.hydrogeological work is far from over, and the extent of tritium contamination as well as other toxics is unknown, NRC noticed the 60 day hearing opportunity on the LTP. We believe this is

Would your agency be willing to leave open the hearing opportunity for a longer period of time-say 120 days--so that Yankee Atomic could provide the information for which so many of us in the local community have anticipated?
