5/18/04 9:02AM Supplement to RR ISI-06 Hi Rick, Attached is BVY 04-48, Supplement to Relief Request ISI-06, dated 5/17/04. This letter describing the results of VY's inspection of the circ weld, went out yesterday, not overnight. We are currently in our 4th of 4 intervals, so we determined that our other discussion point is N/A.
