Supplement to Relief Request ISI-06
- Rick, Regarding re-inspection of the flaw indication, we are proposing to make the following statement in a letter to the NRC.
WY will re-inspect, to the extent practicable, the subject indication during the Spring 2004 refueling outage. The results of this examination will be included along with our other ISI examination results per ASME Section Xl and 10 CFR 50.55a requirements.'
