AP 0168 System Matrix and Flowchart Both the System Matrix and Flowchart associated with AP 0168 have been revised. All old revisions should be removed from your workspaces. Please see below for the current revisions and where to find them:
System Matrix, Revision 3 - ALL OTHER REVISIONS OF THE SYSTEM MATRIX MUST BE REMOVED/TAKEN DOWN, ETC.
Can be found on the Work Management web page under 'Other' as well as at the following link:

AP 0168 Flowchart, should have this blue box at the bottom: PLEASE REMOVE ALL OTHERS THAT ARE BASED ON EARLIER REVISIONS OF THE PROCEDURE.
