Updated: EPU meeting w/ Bill Ruland, NRR When: Tuesday, March 30, 2004 1:00 PM-3:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada).
Where: Board Room, Brattleboro Dave - Sending to you for your information. -- Ronda Bill Ruland, NRR Director of Project Directorate 3 (includes EPU) will be arriving Tuesday, March 3 0th in preparation for the March 31 st public meetings. He requested a meeting with EPU the afternoon of March 30th. Jim and I talked with him regarding an agenda and timeframe. We agreed to 1-3pm in the Brattleboro Board Room.
Agenda:
- 1. Walk thru PC 263 submittal including what we see as issues and our perspective:
- a. Containment overpressure
- b. Single failure (torus - Rx Bldg vacuum breakers)
- c. GE model for containment overpressure
- d. Steam dryer: vibration analysis, planned monitoring
- 2. Engineering Modifications overview
- 3. RAls that we have received
- 4. Review Process (our concerns)
- 5. Trouble spots with the application On the 31st, he would like to tour the plant & walk down some of the planned modifications.
Bill would also like to meet with Jay, Kevin and Bob.
