Inservice Testing Program, PP 7013, Rev. 12 Revision 12 of the IST Program Procedure, PP 7013 has been issued, with an effective date of 6/24/2003. This revision incorporates Revision 20 of the IST Program Plan. This revision also accompanies the cancellation of AP 0054. All IST Program information is now contained in PP 7013.
A summary of the changes to the program procedure and the program plan is attached.

PP 7013, Rev. 12 is located at Controlled Doc.Library\Plant Procedures PDF Conversions The current Bases for pumps and valves may be found as pdf files in vyshared1\public\IST\4th Ten Year Interval\Third Interval. The folder'Bases, Third Interval" contains the Bases for pumps and valves. The Third Interval folder also contains a list of all components listed in the Bases, and a Cross-Reference of IST components and test procedures.

Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station Third Ten-Year Interval Inservice Testing Program Revision 20 Revision Summary Revision Affected Summary Number Pages Revision 20 Complete rewrite and Revision 20 accompanies the retirement of AP 0054, the reformat, affecting all streamlining of PP 7013, and the incorporation of IST Program sections Implementation requirements into the IST Program Plan document, Appendices A and B of PP 7013.
There are 3 major sections in Appendix A: Section 1, General; Section 2, Pump Testing Program; and Section 3, Valve Testing Program.
Appendix B of PP 7013 contains Valve Table Notes, CSJs, ROJs, and Relief Requests.
Revision 20 Tables 1-19 The Valve Test Tables, Tables 1-19 of PP 7013, are reorganized.
The Tables are now organized alphabetically by system abbreviation.

Revision 20 Appendix B, ROJs Withdrew and deleted ROJ-V02. The Class I SRVs are Category C. The ROJ stated that it was for clarification only, and no clarification is needed. Therefore, the ROJ provided no value.
