E-Plan LOR Data Beth Attached are the documents that I use for counting the LOR for E-Plan classification/notification.
Also, DP 0093, App. A, pgs 2-4 describes how we count classifications/notifications/PARs for PIs.

? On two occasions, the CRS directed operators to back panels while they wvere responsible for controlling parameters, RPV water level and/or RPV pressure. The CRS was reminded to utilize resources to ensure a turnover is conducted prior to going around to the back panels.

The backup of the PCIS groups wvas performed using the operator aid, but was not marked using a marker. Additionally, a Group 3 failure occurred.
