Self Assessment Materials Earlier today, a message was sent announcing our incorporation of ENN-LI-1 04 (Self-Assessment and Benchmark Process) and coincident cancellation of AP-0057 (Self-Assessments), as well as a link to associated just-in-time training. Following are a few points for additional clarification:
- Self-Assessments that are already in-process to the point of 'near-completion" can be completed in the AP 0057 format. There is no need to create re-work. If, on the other hand, you are engaged in the beginning stages of a self-assessment (and for all future self assessments), the ENN-LI-104 process is to be followed.
- ENN-LI-1 04 references several documents, including (1) Self Assessment Workbook, (2) Team Leader Checklist, (3) Entergy Benchmarking Guide, and (4) Assessment and Benchmark Planning Worksheet.
These items are now located at vysharedl/public/human performance/self assessment training. Links to each are provided below:
