The RAI addresses Chapters 1 through 9 of the proposed Perry Nuclear Power Plant (PNPP) Physical Security Plan submitted to the NRC in a letter dated April 28, 2004 (PY-CEI/NRR-2797L). The RAI was provided to the PNPP staff in a letter dated June 28, 2004.
In accordance with 1 OCFR73.2 1, the attachment to this letter has been determined to contain Safeguards Information, and is thereby exempt from public disclosure.
There are no regulatory commitments contained in this letter or its attachment.
