Engineering changes ENN Engineering Makes Changes The Nuclear Northeast Engineering group will be seeing some changes soon. It was announced recently that Joseph P. DeRoy, General Manager, Engineering at Indian Point, will be starting as Entergy Nuclear South's Vice President of Operations Support.

As DeRoy leaves Indian Point, Don Leach, Vermont Yankee's Director of Engineering, will be moving to IPEC as its Engineering Director. As VY's Director of Engineering, Don's areas of focus have included transition to Entergy fleet processes, extended power uprate, and the initiation of plant license renewal and dry cask storage. Leach has more than 22 years of experience in the engineering, design, construction, and operations support of nuclear power generation stations.

Also, at Vermont Yankee, John Dreyfuss has been promoted to Director of Engineering at VY. Most recently, he served as Manager, Engineering Support, and was responsible for the business and management of project engineering, engineering fix-it-now (EFIN team), engineering work control, configuration management, drafting and records and information management. Dreyfuss has 19 years of experience in nuclear plant engineering and operations.

"Joe, Don and John are all very highly skilled and proven leaders. Our engineering team is strengthened by their knowledge and dedication to their sites", said EN-NE's Vice President of Engineering Dan Pace. 'We're looking for great things coming from them as they transition to their new roles."'

Congratulations to all.
