I am pleased to announce the following organizational changes, effective immediately.

Stan Jefferson has been promoted to the position of Manager, Planning, Scheduling and Outages to replace Dennis Legere. Stan has extensive experience in the Work Management and Outage processes, and has been a key player in the improvements we have seen over the past years. Stan has helped drive improvements include scheduling, accountability and communications through better process and higher standards.

This leaves an opening for the Outage Manager at a critical time in our RFO 24 outage preparation process. Dave Tkatch has accepted a temporary assignment as Outage Manager to the end of the outage. He will retain his title as Superintendent of Work Planning. Dave brings a wealth of real time outage experience based on his previous SOM responsibilities, as well as his people and process skills acquired through his roles in RP, Chem and Work Planning.

In Dave's absence the routine functions of the planning department will be filled by Mike Williams. Mike Williams has shown capable leadership and qualifications to do an effective job. We are fortunate to have this kind of depth in the organization to fill these temporary assignments We will be following the normal process for filling the Outage Manager position on a permanent basis. Upon selection, Stan and Dave will be in an ideal position to provide mentoring to a new candidate.

Please join me in congratulating Stan on his promotion to PS&O Manager, and Dave on his new role in the Outage Manager position.'
