SNM Reporting I found what I was looking for when considering the regulations to report the "Loss of SNM' under in the older Part 74 Statements of consideration. Millstone had reported their loss of SNM under 10 CFR 70.52, which no longer applies to this type of event. The reporting of theft or loss of SNM requirements in §70.52 were relocated to §74.11 per the Part 74 Statements of Consideration published on December 31, 2002 (74-SC-4).
