Issuance of updated procedure AP-0172, Work Schedule Risk Management - Online This e-mail is provided to you in accordance with AP 0097, to satisfy the paragraph 4.2.3.5 - Training or Notification Requirements - to inform appropriate staff.
Accordingly, please note that pre-approved Limited Procedure Change (LPC) number 5 has been issued against revision 4 of Administrative Procedure AP 0172, "Work Schedule Risk Management - On Line".
The only change made to the procedure was to reflect addition of new supercomponent SV-2-70C, due to design change VYDC-2003-013, -Addition of 3rd Main Steam Safety Valve". This required a revision of AP-01 72, Appendix E.
I would also like to inform you that the ORAM-Sentinel model used for online risk monitoring has also been updated. This was to reflect both the addition of the new safety valve, as well as to update the quantitative results provided by the RISKMAN PSA model.
Users of ORAM-Sentinel should exercise the WMUSER.BAT file ( located at: \\Vyprimavera\oramsent\Batch
\WMUSER.BAT ) to ensure that the latest model (VP042204) is used for online risk monitoring. It is strongly recommended that you launch this program by first creating a shortcut file of WMUSER.BAT, and placing it on your computer desktop.
