BRIEFING REQUEST BY FP&L - ST. LUCIE NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2, DOCKET NOS. 50-335 AND 50-389
Dear Mr. Jefferson:
We are in receipt of your letter of July 16, 2004, in which Florida Power & Light Company requested an opportunity to brief the Region on its ongoing efforts to maintain a healthy safety culture and safety conscious work environment (SCWE) at the St. Lucie Nuclear Plant. We agree with your proposal for a briefing and will advise you of the date and time of the meeting in future correspondence.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
