The Perry Nuclear Power Plant (PNPP) has attained full compliance with the final effluent limits for outfall 31B00016004. In accordance with the schedule of compliance of National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit 3B00016*GD, this letter serves as your notification. PNPP will begin reporting Total Residual Chlorine effective July 1, 2004.
