The RIS requested that within 30 days, licensees voluntarily submit schedular information concerning examination preparation for calendar years (CYs) 2005 through 2008, initial operator license examinations for CYs 2005 through 2008, and generic fundamentals examinations in CYs 2005 and 2006.

Enclosed is a completed NRC Form 536 that provides the requested information for the Kewaunee Nuclear Power Plant.
