ANNUAL COMPLIANCE CERTflFCATION REPORT POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT Operation permit number 436034500-F10, condition IL.L(a)(2) for the Point Beach Nuclear Plant, requires the company to submit an annual compliance certification report by March 1 for the period January 1 through December31 of the previous year. The report consists:
- 1. Compliance Certification
- 2. Responsible Official Certification.
COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATION A. Operation permit number 436034500-F10, identifies all the applicable emissions limitations; the compliance demonstration methods; and the reference tests methods, record keeping, and monitoring requirements that apply to the Point Beach plant. The attached table entitled "Permit Summary" reiterates the applicable emissions limitations
("Requirements") that are the basis of the compliance certification.
B. The company has identified the monitoring methods used to certify compliance and whether the data was continuous or periodic. See the attached "Permit Summary" table columns entitled, "Monitoring Methods" and "Data Type", respectively.
C. Point Beach Nuclear Plant is in continuous compliance with each of the permit conditions identified in A. above.
