Dear Mr. Crawford:

C-Ro MONITORING REPORT POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT Permit number 436034500-FIO requires the company to submit a summary of the results of monitoring required by the permit every six months. The report is to be submitted by March 1 for the previous six-month period - July i through December 31. The enclosed table, entitled "Parameters That Are Recorded Intermittently," shows a summary of the parameters monitored.

We did not operate the combustion turbine (CT), permit designation PO1, concurrently with any of the four emergency diesel generators during the reporting period.

The combustion turbine is fired with a #1 and #2 fuel oil blend. The sulfur content of that fuel is

< 0.178%. The emergency diesel generators (P02, P03, P04 and P05) are fired with a low sulfur,

 1. 2 fuel oil. The sulfur content of that fuel is < 0.287%.

We analyze the sulfur content in each oil delivery following ASTM D1 552-95 procedures. We maintain records of each analysis at the plant.

The CT and the emergency diesel generators (permit designations P04 and P05) were operated less than 228.83 and 20.67 hours7.75463e-4 days
0.0186 hours
1.107804e-4 weeks
2.54935e-5 months
per month, on 12-month rolling average basis, respectively.
