Correction to the OSTR 1999-2000, 2000-2001, 2001-2002, and 2002-2003 Annual Reports OREGON STATE UNIVERSITY 100 Radiation Centcr Corvallis, Orcgon 97331-5903 The purpose of this letter is to inform the Commission of an error in the OSTR 1999-2000, 2000-2001, 2001-2002, and 2002-2003 Annual Reports. On June 24, 2004 we discovered that over the last four years there has been an error in the way data was calculated for inclusion in Table V.B.2, Monthly Summary of Gaseous Effluent Release, in each of these four reports. Please replace the appropriate pages with the corresponding corrected table attached to this letter.
If there are any questions regarding the information submitted, please let me know.
