Hope Creek Generating Station Docket No. 50-354 License Change Request H04-03 Request for Change to Technical Specifications Safety Limit Critical Power Ratio PSEG Nuclear LLC submitted the proposed change to the Hope Creek Technical Specifications by letter to the NRC dated April 27, 2004. The proposed changes to the Safety Limit Critical Power Ratio would be applicable to all fuel types in the Hope Creek core, utilizing General Electric Company reload analysis methods beginning with the upcoming Cycle 13.
