ORDER (Initial Prehearing Conference Schedule)

In accord with the Licensing Boards June 8, 2004 Initial Prehearing Order, the participants are advised of the following information regarding the schedule for the initial prehearing conference in this proceeding:

Date: Wednesday, June 30, 2004 Starting Time: 9:00 a.m.

Location: Radisson Hotel New London 35 Governor Winthrop Boulevard New London, Connecticut The time for arguments by counsel in connection with the admissibility of the contentions of petitioner Connecticut Coalition Against Millstone (CCAM), which will be the principal focus of this prehearing conference, is allocated for each of Contentions I, II, and VI as follows:

CCAM: 10 minutes Dominion: 10 minutes NRC Staff: 5 minutes

and for each of Contentions III, IV, and V as follows:

CCAM: 20 minutes Dominion: 15 minutes NRC Staff: 10 minutes At the beginning of argument for each contention, CCAM will be asked to specify how much of its total allotted time it wishes to reserve for rebuttal.

In making their arguments, the participants should bear in mind that the Licensing Board will have read their pleadings. As such, they should focus their presentations on the critical points in controversy as those issues have emerged as a result of the various participant filings.

Additionally, the Board will consider at the prehearing conference all matters raised by the participants submissions filed prior to June 25, 2004, and will consider the record complete for its decision on CCAMs petition at the conclusion of this conference.
