PROPRIETARY REVIEW OF DRAFT SLIDES ASSOCIATED WITH HIGH PRESSURE INJECTION PUMP FIBER MATTING ISSUE FOR WITHHOLDING PURSUANT TO 10 CFR 2.790
Dear Mr. Bezilla:
This letter is in reference to the presentation slides that were provided to me in July 2003. The twenty nine slides; which were marked MPR Proprietary, were associated with a Davis-Besse high pressure injection pump post-LOCA [loss of coolant accident] operation issue resolution project update, dated July 1, 2003.
Consistent with the requirements in 10 CFR 2.790 you are requested to submit an application for withholding in whole or in part the subject presentation slides from public disclosure. If you determine that the subject presentation slides do warrant being on the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790 you are required to follow the guidance specified in 10 CFR 2.790(b)(1).
