SUMMARY
Millstone Unit 2 operated at or near 100% power throughout May 2004 with the exception of a scheduled down-power for turbine control valve testing and condenser tube cleaning. On May 23rd the unit commenced a downpower to 90% for turbine valve testing and condenser waterbox cleaning. The unit returned to 100% power on May 29,2004.
