SUMMARY

Unit 1 began the month of May 2004 at 100.0% of rated thermal power (RTP).

On May 27 at 03:04 hours, reactor power was reduced from 99.7% to 97.5% RTP for Hydraulic Control Unit directional control valve replacement. At 03:43 hours, reactor power was restored to 99.7O RTP.

On May 28 at 22:01 hours, reactor power was reduced from 100.0% to 75.1% RTP for summer readiness load drop.

On May 29 a at 17:55 hours, reactor power was restored to 99.6% RTP. At 19:52 hours, reactor power was reduced from 99.7%/6 to 98.6% RTP for rod pattern adjustment. At 20:29 hours, reactor power was restored to 99.7% RTP.

Unit 1 ended the month of May 2004 at 99.9% RTP.
