STN 50-498; STN 50-499 2004 Evaluated Emergency Preparedness Exercise Scenario Enclosed for your review and comment is the scenario for the Evaluated Emergency Preparedness Exercise at the South Texas Project Electric Generating Station scheduled for August 10-11, 2004. The scenario has been held in strict confidence within the STP Nuclear Operating Company (STPNOC) limited to our Scenario Development Committee, Scenario Management Review Committee, Controllers and Evaluators, to ensure that the players for the exercise are not aware of its contents. STP Nuclear Operating Company requests that NRC consider the attachment as proprietary information pursuant to 10CFR2.790 until after the evaluated exercise on the basis that public disclosure prior to the exercise could bias the results of the exercise.
