Establishing Interim Inspection Requirements for Reactor Pressure Vessel Heads at Pressurized Water Reactors." Nuclear Management Company, LLC (NMC) hereby consents to the revised Order as written.
NMC submitted a relaxation request to the original Order EA-03-009, by letter dated September 18, 2003. The revised Order contains inspection criteria that address the issues associated with this relaxation request. Therefore, the relaxation request is withdrawn.
