50-317 50-318 LICENSEE'S ANSWER TO FEBRUARY 20,2004 COMMISSION FIRST REVISED ORDER TO MODIFY LICENSE FOR REACTOR PRESSURE VESSEL HEADS AT PRESSURIZED WATER REACTORS On February 20, 2004, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission ("NRC" or "Commission") issued an immediately effective order in the captioned matter entitled First Revised Order Modifying Licenses (Effective Immediately) ("Order") to, inter alia' Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, Inc. ("Calvert Cliffs").
In accordance with Section V of the Order and 10 C.F.R. § 2.202, Calvert Cliffs hereby submits its Answer to the Order. As requested in Section V of the Order, copies of this Answer are being transmitted by e-mail to the Secretary of the Commission and to the Assistant General Counsel for Materials Litigation.
Calvert Cliffs consents to the Order and specifically does not request a hearing.
