SUMMARY
REPORT FOR THE FALL 2003 OUTAGE (TAC NO. MC2992)
Dear Mr. Nazar:
By letters dated November 14, 2003, and March 1, 2004, Indiana Michigan Power Company (I&M, the licensee) submitted the steam generator tube inspection summary reports for the fall 2003 outage at Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant, Unit 1 in accordance with the plants Technical Specifications (TS).
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff has completed its review of these reports and concludes that the licensee provided the information required by its TS and that no additional follow-up is required at this time. The NRC staff did not identify any issues.
