Dear Sir/Madam:
By this letter, I am informing you that I am resigning as Reactor Administrator effective May 31, 2004 in anticipation of my relocation out of state.
Dr. Melinda P. Krahenbuhl is replacing me as RA and will assume the duties of the Reactor Administrator on June 1, 2004. Dr. Krahenbuhl meets or exceeds the obligations for an RA as outlined in ANSI Standards 15.4.
