COMMENTS ON THE PROPOSED INTERIM ENFORCEMENT POLICY FOR A PILOT PROGRAM ON THE USE OF ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION Gentlemen:

The Strategic Teaming and Resource Sharing (STARS)' nuclear power plants are hereby endorsing the comments on the proposed interim enforcement policy for a pilot program on the use of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) prepared by the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI). The STARS plants believe the proposed program to be responsive to previous industry input and includes several positive features. The STARS plants support adoption of the proposed interim enforcement policy and pilot program.
