REVIEW OF DAVIS-BESSE RESTART COMMITMENTS The purpose of this memorandum is to document the NRC staffss review of all Davis-Besse Restart Commitments to the NRC's Davis-Besse Oversight Panel. The NRC Projects staffs in Region Ill and in NRR evaluated all licensee pre-restart commitments including LERs, commitment made as part of licensing documentation, bulletin responses and other licensee letters and correspondence to the NRC.
The staff has identified no open pre-restart licensee commitments that would preclude the restart of Davis-Besse.
