20()3 ANNUAL RADIOACTIVE EFFLUENT RELEASE REPORT Enclosed is the 2003 Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report. This report summarizes the quantities of radioactive liquid and gaseous effluent and solid waste released from the Yankee Nuclear Power Station (YNPS) in Rowe, Massachusetts. This report also summarizes the estimated dose commitments from all radioactive liquids and gaseous effluents released during 2003. This information is submitted in accordance with the YNPS Defueled Quality Assurance Program and the YNPS Off-Site Dose Calculation Manual.
