FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY (FEMA) FINAL EXERCISE REPORT FOR THE APRIL 22, 2003, PLUME EXPOSURE PATHWAY EXERCISE FOR THE THREE MILE ISLAND POWER STATION
Dear Mr. Crane:
This letter communicates a summary of FEMAs results for the April 22, 2003, plume exposure pathway exercise.
No Deficiencies were identified during this exercise. However, 12 Areas Requiring Corrective Action (ARCAs) were identified (four were satisfactorily re-demonstrated during the exercise).
Please assist offsite officials in addressing these issues. Your continued assistance to offsite agencies is appreciated as they prepare for and practice implementation of their emergency plans.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
