FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY FINAL DRILL REPORT FOR THE SEPTEMBER 27, 2003 HOST COMMUNITY/RECEPTION CENTER DRILL FOR WINDHAM, CT AND MILLSTONE POWER STATION
Dear Mr. Christian:
This letter communicates the October 30, 2003, letter from Kenneth Horak, Acting Regional Director, FEMA I, to Hubert Miller, NRC Region I Regional Administrator, forwarding a copy of the Final Drill Report for the September 27, 2003, Host Community Reception Center Drill pertaining to your station.
During the drill, no deficiencies were identified. However, two areas requiring corrective action (ARCAs) were identified. Please work with the offsite agencies to address these issues in a timely manner.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
