(OP 2311.009)

• CR-ANO-1-2004-885 documents that portions of 15 nozzles did not have video confirmation of 360° inspection

• No leaking nozzles identified CRDM/ UT of 60 CRDM nozzles UT of the RPV nozzle from 2" above the highest UT scans of CRDM nozzles underway RADCAL (no known defects) point of the root of the J-weld to the blind zone.

Nozzles

• 7 of 60 nozzles inspected

• 6 of 7 analyzed No flaws identified UT of six FTI repaired UT the weld and at least 1-inch above the weld in CRDM nozzles (Nozzles the nozzle base material.

UT/WS of two W repaired UT of the RPV nozzle from 2" above the highest CRDM nozzles (Nozzles point of the root of the J-weld to the blind zone 54 & 68) - and wetted surface exam of weld overlay.

UT of RADCAL Nozzle UT of the RPV nozzle from 2"above the highest (Nozzle 1) point of the root of the J-weld to the blind zone.

UT of nozzle Annulus Interrogate interference fit in all 69 nozzle annuli

[Leak Path Assessment] above J-weld for leakage path ICI Nozzles Visual Inspection of 52 Inspect 100% of the circumference of each BMIs initially inspected on night shift 4/22/04 BMI nozzles penetration as it enters the RPV lower head.

• CR-ANO-1-2004-827 written due to placekeeping (OP 2311.009) concerns on nozzle inspections

• No leaking nozzles identified to date

Walkdowns RCS leaks boric acid leaks from pressure-retaining

• 18 of 18 pressurizer/CFT nozzles inspected components as well as other A600 RCS small

• 14 o14 hot leg nozzles inspected bore locations. (OP 2311.009)

• 9 of 13 Cold Leg nozzles inspected
