Submittal of Licensing Documents R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant Docket No. 50-244
Dear Mr. Clark:
In accordance with Technical Specification 5.5.13, Technical Specification (TS) Bases Control Program, Rochester Gas and Electric (RG&E) has prepared its 2004 submittal of changes to the Technical Specification Bases. As permitted by 10CFR50.4, enclosed is a CD-ROM which contains the Technical Specification Bases Revision 28 on a total replacement basis. Change bars indicate those revisions which have been incorporated.
The information presented reflects changes to the Bases pursuant to commission requirements.
Also, in accordance with 10CFR50.71(e), RG&E has prepared Revision 18 to the Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR). As permitted by I OCFR50.4, enclosed on the CD-ROM is the UFSAR. As the UFSAR is being submitted on a total replacement basis, each page contains the revision number. Change bars indicate those changes which have been incorporated into Revision 18. The information presented in Revision 18 accurately reflects changes to the facility as described in the UFSAR and information and analyses submitted to the Commission or prepared pursuant to Commission requirements.
Also, in accordance with 10CFR50.71(e), RG&E has prepared Revision 2 to the Fire Protection Program. As permitted by IOCFR50.4, enclosed on the CD-ROM is the Fire Protection Program on a total replacement basis.
